She Said He Said Media, LLC (henceforth “She Said He Said”) is a privately held Internet media and entertainment company that develops “content” and “prime virtual real state”. Beginning with Internet, and opportunistically moving to other spaces, She Said He Said is based on the belief that the continued evolution of the Internet and Online Commerce will result in the increasing predominance of the developers of content and increased dependence of distributors on them. She Said He Said Media has several unique characteristics that will translate into success. First and foremost, we already have a presence in the Internet industry as one its co-founders is an established Internet entrepreneur. Just as importantly, our business model focuses on areas shunned by today’s major sites, namely virtual real state development, cost control, and a creative mix of traditional and alternative distribution of original content mostly user generated while integrating to social networks. Finally, while the eventual goal is to seek national recognition, our initial theatre of operations will be the New England and New York markets, areas where per capita usage of user generated content is among the highest in the nation. We believe that this geographic focus will allow us to establish our acts and brand in the most efficient, cost-effective, and robust manner.

About Us

The Management Team
Two team members will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of She Said He Said:

Sophie Helsham, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer.
At just a young age, Sophie helped come up with an idea and ran with it. CEO and co founder of BostonMunch.com, Helsham is a student at Northeastern University in Boston, concentrating in marketing. This Australian/American student has already traveled the world and has been immersed in different cultures, people and food. Her upbringing is very helpful in research and reviewing different types of restaurants. Helsham not only enjoys new restaurants, but is active in health/fitness, snowboarding, photography, and of course, school.

Pedro Garcia, Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer.
Pedro has worked in the music business for the past 12 years. While he has toured as a musician with acts like Britney Spears and Evanesence, Pedro’s main focus is song writing and music production. His writing credits include “Amarte Es Un Placer” (“Loving You Is A Pleasure”) which sold over 21 million copies around the world and for which Luis Miguel won a Grammy also a highlight of his work is the song “My Immortal” for which Evanescense won two Grammy’s. Pedro’s award winning production credits include A New Found Glory, Finch, Evanesence, Joss Stone, System of a down and Jordin Sparks. In 2004 he started Barebonz Entertainment, which is a media record label that develops musical content for tv, radio and internet, with one of it’s most recent hits the MTV tv show “The Hills”. Garcia also is one of the co-founders and architecs of the site kayak.com, where his vision has let the meta search travel engine to be one of the most successful web 2.0 sites of 2008. He holds an MBA from Harvard Buisiness School and B.A in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
